Return Policy

• Purchaser has 30 days from receipt to return or exchange product(s)
• Purchaser must obtain authorization to return the product(s) by contacting customersupport@myrewardstore.com prior to the return
• Returns/exchanges cannot be made at any of the gym locations
• Any product(s) approved for return or exchange must be unused/unworn
• Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
